Welcome to my Kinesiology practice.  I am passionate about practising kinesiology and enabling people to reach their full potential in life, helping them be all they can be whether it be for career, health, fitness, self-esteem, relationships, financial, general crisis, learning difficulties or just their overall well being.

Over the years of practising I have witnessed tremendous results of change and transformation in my clients and am so blessed to share in their wonderful journey of self discovery. 

I love enabling them to take charge of their own health and empowering them to achieve a a life full of possibilities.  I have witnessed not only personal transformations but also on a physical level too where they have had years of physical pain and are now able to move and do things they were never able to do before - what a wonderful sense of freedom.

I have completed all the brain integration courses including the final LEAP course with the master himself - Dr Charles Krebs. The Brain Integration for learning difficulties and learning disorders (ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Auditory Processing Problems, etc) has been an absolute wonder and passion for me.  Witnessing Children and adults who have been labeled and feel not able to learn and the resulting behavioral problems associated with their sense of failure - transform into capable, able confident learners has been an absolute pleasure to observe.  What a gift for a life full of choices and possibilities.
